APARTMENT: Separate entrance, relatively new paint and laminate floors, pellet stove as well as central heating. 1 bedroom with 2 good sized closets, kitchen/dining area, full-size fridge, electric stove, (ample counter space and cabinets). Clean and in very good condition. Most choose this enchanting place for the quiet and beautiful rural setting. We're at the end of a 'dead-end' lane.....so no traffic.
RENTAL SPECIFICS: $1225 a month. For one person only - water, electric, and internet included but there's no cable TV. In colder months there is a pellet stove which you would supply pellets for. Smoke/drug free. Definitely NO PETS
Security deposit, cleaning deposit, background check and references required. One month notice before vacating. Month-to-month lease.
