Available January 1. Self-contained fully furnished studio in newly built house with private entrance, kitchenette, full sized refrigerator, full sized bed, nightstands, dresser, full bath, attached to the main house also. Photos include accessories of current tenant. Additional photos of main house living area, kitchen and kitchen island, view from the back deck. Access to the full house, including double kitchen and laundry room and use of the jacuzzi. Parking in the garage. The reduced rent of $1000 is in exchange for simple house-sitting type duties since I'm in a wheelchair and in Durango part time. No personal services are needed. Put trash/recycle bins out, (check mail, check bathrooms periodically, check jacuzzi when owner is away). Help with beds in guest rooms when hosting adaptive skiers, once or twice a season. There is a ramp up to the deck on the back of the lot overlooking Raiders Ridge with great sunset views for happy hour. No smoking/vaping, no drugs. No pets preferred. This is just for one person. Utilities are included. First month's rent($1000) and security deposit($1000) required. Leave a phone number in your response. I'm unable to send email for 2 weeks but can receive them. Would be helpful in your response if you could include info about yourself, like what you do for work, how long you've lived in Durango etc.
