Studio with private entrance in a house in Skyridge: a beautiful, peaceful, quiet subdivision 2 miles from Downtown Durango at the base of Horse Gulch trail system.
4 blocks from a trolley stop, a restaurant with oxygen bar, liquor store, convenience store, and yoga. Also 4 blocks from Skyridge Park with tennis courts, pavilion with picnic tables, etc. hiking trail behind house.
There is a BEAUTIFUL POND in the greenbelt behind the house, private sitting and grilling area, designated solely for renters, under a tree, with a view of the pond.
The Kitchen/ living room was just beautifully remodeled.Full kitchen with dishwasher, full size refrigerator, brand new range stove, double sink with sprayer, lots of storage and counter space for cooking.
Nice views, well lit, well soundproofed . Very quiet and private. It is downstairs from the main house. You enter it from the garage.
The laundry room, with a large utility sink and gear storage for renters (including a small gear wall) is off the garage.

The private full bathroom (tub and shower combo) with saltillo tile, and the other room is at the top of the stairs in the main house, just across the hall from the stairs. That hallway area is made private with a solid wood door on one side and a curtain on the other. You never need to walk through or see the home owner's living space.
We, the homeowners, are a friendly professional couple in early 60's with 2 well-trained, indoor cats who stay upstairs. They are the kinds of cats that people are usually not allergic to.
No smoking or vaping on premises.
Small, 4WD or All Wheel Drive cars or SUVs are best (steep driveway).
The lease length is flexible.
