This is a hybrid suite for a kind, considerate and clean person who would like a spacious room with essential necessities.
This furnished lock-off is in a larger home (former duplex), you may enter via the front door or via your private lock-off entrance on the back patio. Furnishings include the King bed, side tables, dresser with mirror, linens, dry food cupboard, microwave, and small fridge/freezer. This room has a vanity and water closet (WC - toilet). The inclusive utilities also include wifi. Note, the shower is shared, 5' across the hall, and the washer and dryer are further down the hallway in house, if you like to cook you certainly may utilize the full shared kitchen, and clean up as you go. month to month rent (30 days leave notice of departure required).

I have a few key guidelines for any applicant:
1) pay rent on time and in full (your proof of income must be at least 3.5 times the rent eg. $3,150.00 plus )
2) no smoking, no drugs, juelling etc please (of all variations) on property (inside or out).
3) keep drinking to a healthy minimum
4) absolutely no pets or guest pets
5) this is not a flop house, overnight guests policy in place
6) no drama accepted
7) be cleanly ie. clean up after yourself
8) respect other household members so we can all enjoy this home, by being proactively courteous.
