Two of us currently live at the house and we are both mid-30's men that work in town. We love playing music, getting outside (climbing, biking, river stuff), and enjoy having people over for dinner or bbqs. We're also environmentally conscious and very engaged in local activism, education, and events. The house is generally calm and we do a good job of keeping shared spaces clean. Looking for someone that cares about the Durango community and wants to contribute to making our house feel like a unique living space.
