Brand new never used (as shown). These will fit 31-34" tires as currently built. As a former oilfield trucker I learned years ago how to fix and modify tire chains with the special tool. These are made from a brand new set of class 8 tractor trailer chains so they are essentially bullet proof for any regular vehicle. They were originally cut down for a set of 32" tires and then I got a different truck and extended them with the super heavy duty master links (see pic) to fit 34" tires so you could adjust them to fit anything from 31-34 and maybe 35s bit for sure if you added another link. I ran those master links (literally some of the ones here see photo of truck from 2008!!) on chains that I put on fully loaded water tankers to run Garden Gulch road (Parachute) to get up on the Roan Plateau on solid ice without breaking them so they're plenty strong for any pickup or Jeep or SUV. Comes with the Apache case shown and even a bunch of brand new never used straps. Blowout deal priced to sell... I don't need the money I just want to get them out of my storage unit and see them to go to good use and walk away with enough for a tank of gas.
