Journeyman Wage & Benefit Packages
Out‑of‑Town Work Includes:
• Journeyperson $40.48 on Check and $20.55 to Benefits
• $50 a day subsistence per person
• Applicants $20.00 on Check and $7.99 to Benefits
• Hotel provided (2 per room)
In Town Work
• Journeyperson $34.11 on Check and $19.91 to Benefits
• Applicants $20.00 on Check and $7.99 to Benefits

JOB SUMMARY
Perform sheet metal installation according to SMACNA standards while supporting high‑quality workmanship and safe jobsite practices.
Requirements
• Journeyman: 5+ years’ experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass background check and drug screen (THC not included)
• Ability to give and follow directions
• Knowledge of tools, equipment, and installation practices common to HVAC/Sheet Metal
• Ability to work within OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
• Support installation of a quality product
• Other duties as assigned
Leadership Expectations (Journeypersons)
Direct field crew members and apprentices
• Coordinate with foremen, project managers, GCs, and customers
• Provide on‑the‑job training and safety instruction
• Working knowledge of local/national codes and industry standards
Applicants
• No experience required
• You must be willing to learn and work safely
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Employees must be able to:
• Move freely in upper and lower body
• Reach overhead
• Perform physical activities including stooping, standing, kneeling, bending, squatting, climbing, and walking for extended periods
• Lift 75 lbs. repeatedly throughout the workday
• Perform other trade‑related physical tasks
