Robert Stone Inc. is looking for a Master Stone Installer to lead our installation team. This is not a position for someone looking to learn the trade—we’re searching for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in high-end custom stone installation.
We specialize in custom granite, quartz, marble, quartzite, and natural stone projects that demand precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Every installation reflects our reputation, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional work.
What We’re Looking For
● Extensive experience installing natural stone and engineered stone countertops.
● Proven leadership experience managing installation crews.
● Strong understanding of templating, fabrication, seam placement, leveling, and field modifications.
● Ability to troubleshoot and solve installation challenges independently.
● Professional communication with homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors.
● Ability to safely move and install large, heavy stone slabs.
● Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality over shortcuts.
● Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Travel Requirements
This position requires travel throughout Colorado and neighboring states when needed.
You must:
● Be comfortable staying in hotels for multi-day trips.
● Be dependable and punctual while traveling.
● Be willing to work long days to complete projects efficiently and professionally.
● Represent Robert Stone Inc. with integrity and professionalism on every jobsite.
Physical Requirements
● Able to repeatedly lift, carry, and maneuver heavy stone with proper equipment and team support.
● Agile, physically fit, and comfortable working in residential and commercial environments.
● Able to stand, kneel, bend, climb, and work in varying jobsite conditions.
