We do full-service design and build for luxury bathrooms, kitchens and remodels, with sights towards expanding into new homes in the near future.
Looking for a guy we can count on. Somebody who is squared away, keeps their life organized and healthy, and brings a work ethic like no other.
Apprentice:
Ideally a couple of years in the trades, ok if just entering the field. Need to be willing to get dirty, crawl under houses and in attics, be careful inside of customers' homes and show up on time. We take punctuality and doing what you say you are going to do very seriously. GREAT WAY TO START YOUR CAREER. You will be exposed to foundation work, tile, framing, light plumbing and electrical right away.
Journeyman:
Ideal candidate has 4 years of experience doing remodels and has strong tile experience.
Job Duties: Remodel Demolition, Light Framing, Sheetrock Hanging, Light Electrical and Plumbing Repair, Interior Painting, Tile Setting.
We will train the right person for the job. If you don't know tile, you will here within a year.
If you are ready to invest for the long term, we will invest in you.
30-40 hours/week year-round.
After 3 months, we have an employee gym membership at the fitness club in Durango. We believe that a healthy body and mind are important for this type of work, translating directly to success off and on the jobsite.
After 6 months 401k and healthcare will be included.
