Vintage Blue Point work light. 16" flexible translucent light on a 25' cord, this was a fixture in many repair shops 30 years ago. It's not as bright as a modern LED work light, but remember it's a vintage piece of equipment. The outer cord jacket is separated a bit from the light wand, but that does not affect operation, you could tape or epoxy it.
