This drill is in pristine condition almost brand new condition. It comes with two batteries that cost (99.00) each. Also included is a charger and hard case. As seen in the pictures the drill is like brand new. I just don't have a use for it because I had a 20v DeWalt impact and drill given to me. I don't want it to sit on a shelf and not get used. I think 35.00 is a great deal on the this drill.
