After living in my home for 4 ½ years and making extensive updates (including replacing all of the floors with engineered hardwood bamboo and ceramic tile, painting the cabinets, and installing new baths/showers!) I am moving for a job opportunity and looking to rent my home. This home is on a quiet street at the edge of downtown Mancos. There is very little street traffic, but you are still close enough to town to walk to Zuma’s, Fahrenheit Coffee, or any of the other downtown shops within 15 minutes. There is a large yard with plenty of space to garden, sit outside, or store your extra toys.
The rental start period is Jan 1st for a 6 month lease (the length of the lease is flexible for the right person). The lease can be pro-rated and start as soon as December 24th.
I can share pictures additional pictures with interested tenants, but I do recommend coming by for an in-person showing if you can. This is a unique property with lots of special touches, and the pictures don't fully do it justice. The latest updates include a wooden latilla fence in the front yard with entry gates, and a painted backsplash in the kitchen.
Trash, sewer, and water will be included in the lease. The tenant will be responsible for paying gas, electric, and internet. Cats and dogs are welcome.
