Decided to sell my buggy. Its a class 10 desert race car with a VW thing body on it. Absolutely stupid fun to drive. Fast or slow it doesn't matter. Complete custom class 10 frame, cage and suspension. 2.4 ecotec fuel injection tuned perfect. O91 6 rib weddel gears and ring and pinion transaxle. Close ratio 1,2nd,3rd, 4th is overdrive. Gusset case, 930 polished cvs. Wilwood brakes. 30 gallon fuel cell with gauge. 8 tuned re built King shocks. Electric power steering with Fortin rack and pinion. Around 350 miles since complete prep. Fresh rebuilt engine, Fresh built Transaxle, all 8 shocks rebuilt, New coils for shocks, Heims that were worn replaced, New rear rotors, pads and rebuilt calipers, new tires. I could go on and on but this is the basic info. It has a ton of cool thing on it. Comes with spare used engine, full set of paddles mounted on bead locks. The new engine also has new flywheel, pressure plate and throw out bearing. Engine and transaxle are broke in and ready to go.
Little info on what this is and why it is priced this way.
The average cost of a new Class 10 desert race car (an open-wheel, limited-engine buggy competing in series like SCORE International or Best in the Desert, typically with a sealed Ecotec engine around 2.4-2.5L) ranges from $150,000 to $250,000+ USD for a turnkey, race-ready vehicle from a reputable builder as of late 2025.
Hope this info helps. Any questions just ask. Wasn't planning on listing this until Spring but why not. Its ready to go.
