At 8,648LBs from the factory (UVW), this RV 5th wheel is purported to be able to be used behind a half ton truck, hence the "Super Lite" decal by door. As an FYI when loaded it comes in at 10,000LBs, with a hitch weight of 1,500LBs. So, if you have a half ton you might think about ordering an easily do it yourself airbag kit from 'Air Lift', which they have prefabricated and boxed, to just bolt in to the specific make, model, and suspension of almost any truck, like our F350, F150, and even our Toyota Sienna. Our Ministry owns this and I am who you contact though I stand to gain nothing from it's sale. If you would rather contact me instead of reading further, my cell number is below. In my seventies now, I do space out checking messages sometimes, but if still listed this RV remains unsold and "available". Please read through these short paragraphs to and through the extensive list of notable standard and optional equipment, so you are fully informed before contacting me.
This RV at only 30' long & half ton towable, we understand was originally ordered along with nine others, to (for it's size) provide maximum comfort out in the boonies for an oil company's staff, who in such locations usually had access to community company provided mess-halls and bathroom facilities. So, you will see that the shower, commode, stove and oven, saw little use even when this RV was used at all, which apparently was not all that often to begin with. Even the bedroom mattress seems virtually to be pristine.
First of all, without the extras this RV alone lists for around 22K, and while some of the following are probably standard with this model, there are an easy 10k worth of major extras, for which we would be asking more, but in the interest of quickly moving on to another project (a boat) are willing to let it go for the 21. There is nothing structural or functionally wrong with this RV, and someone should snap it up fairly quickly, so no low-ball offers please.
