hi, here's what i got. an old 30 ft long trailer for a single guy probably, gal possibly. no way to sugar coat it, it needs work, not livable at present. so...you fix it up.....in exchange for 2 months free rent. after that, reasonable rent. water and sewer, electric, swamp cooler is there. once it's fixed up and comfortable it'd be a good situation for a single guy. just live your life, do your thing, but first ...some elbow grease and some skill. this is not for everybody but it'd be perfect for the right person. good location too.
or.....just forget about all that and bring your own RV. the economy sucks, time to get creative.
