Rock Solid and need Help (Montrose and surrounding area)

Hello,
My wife and I are faced with being thrown out of the house that we have been renting for the past 14 years. The property is being sold and we have been given notice to move. We are 2 people with dogs and we are both 55yo. I am disabled and she works for a local store. we are looking for someone to help us find a house of our own. Maybe owner financed if possible. We would like to live out of town if possible. looking for 1+ acre and at least a 2br 1 ba house. I can do any interior remodeling if needed but the house needs to be sound. must be under 200k
