Needing help (Grand Junction or surrounding areas)
Just putting this out there, older retired couple looking to relocate to the western slope. Willing to take on rent, long term lease, rent to own, foreclosure,buy, but with financial assistance programs, etc. We are financially reliable,as to a monthly payment that we can make comfortably. We are reliable, very clean, quiet, and can work with just about anything in regards to upkeep, grounds maintenance, general maintenance. We have been at our rental now for a long time with no issues, always on time $. Looking for any offers for housing on the western slope down around Grand Junction or surrounding areas.
