Have a turkey/turkeys around who were spared on Thanksgiving? Realized the bird you bought to fill out your Christmas dinner table is too sweet to eat? Chickened (or turkeyed) out on doing the gruesome deed, but can't keep the feathered friend you've found yourself with? I run a mini sanctuary, and offer a safe, no-kill home in cases where turkeys have to be rehomed or rescued. Quality food, tons of space, shelter from the elements, and an environment where they can live out the rest of their lives in peace. And in case you're thinking I'm just trying to get a free turkey dinner, don't worry, I gave up meat years ago, so they will never, ever be food. I'm happy to send pictures and updates on the welfare of the big feathered goofs, and visitors are welcome on a limited basis.
Note that I do not purchase animals, and am not interested in buying or selling. I do have limited space, but I'm more than happy to to discuss taking in turkeys that simply have to be rehomed (no judgement).
If you're found yourself in a situation where you need to rehome a turkey, but prefer they don't become dinner, send me an email or text. Calls are fine too, but leave a message.
