The General Assistant reports to the Manager (when Manager is not present, to the Assistant Manager). The ideal candidate will be able to oversee guest relations operations and deal with customer issues related to guest reservations, guest check-in and check-out, guest room needs (including notifying the proper person so that guest needs can be met in a timely manner), and other duties primarily for the Brettelberg Rental Program, but also for the Brettelberg Condominium Association (BCA).
The ideal candidate will be able to handle guests with welcoming attention and always with a friendly and professional manner. The ideal candidate will be able to make decisions about guest needs and communicate those decisions to management in a timely manner. The General Assistant will also make decisions about guest/owner needs, act on those needs, and communicate to the Manager accordingly. The General Assistant will also work with the Maintenance Specialist when so assigned by the Manager.
