It has served me well. It adjusts up or down to your desired height. It is very sturdy & well built. Has to be mounted to the stock fairing (outside surface).
Comes with a brand new replacement windshield (still in the box and never mounted or exchanged). The current windshield (as you can see from the pictures) have a few "spiders" in various areas due to a manufacturer's hiccups while being manufactured. I complained & got a replacement windshield but never installed it. Also comes with all the mounting hardware to make this a complete fully adjustable windshield (up or down to your liking).
No sense in "low balling" me for this complete windshield(s) for your Gen 1-1.5 KLR650. You can research the windshield at Hemisphere's website & you'll see your getting a great deal!
