American walnut slabs for mantels, shelves, tables, whatever projects...Cut in the mid 1970's near Parachute from dead to 3/4 dead tree...Well seasoned...Rough sawed, pretty smooth...Some with live edge and great figure from the root ball area...Book matched slabs, so could be butted together for wider applications...Stored inside since cutting/sawing...Slabs are very straight and can be worked with hand and/or hand power tools...They are heavy solid wood...Ends were wax coated, but have some split/check, little...

Pictures are of slight water bushed surfaces intended to show the grain better...Last shot is dry...Horizontal shots show matching of the shorter three and another matching of the longer two...Parallel sides and even thickness...

To be clear!.....3 each at 14 X 47 X 2-5/8....About 12 board feet each...2 each at 8-1/2 X 52 x 2-1/2...7-3/4 board feet each...This results in 12 board feet at $20.00 per board foot equals $240 for each 14 inch wide slab .....7 3/4 board feet at $20.00 per board foot equals $155 for each 8-1/2 wide slab...
