Looking for a long-term fit for Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming. I have three locations to start on April 10th in Grand Junction, Rifle and Clifton. Will meet you onsite to get you familiar with this client. The scope is for the upper 1/3 of the wall only and is patch & repair the EIFS / CMU to like-new, then paint the walls for this Fortune 500 client.
The ideal individual is exceptional at Stucco patch/repair & paint. Integrous, Efficient & Effective, Reliable, Meticulous attention to detail.
This scope is ideal for one person crew, or secondarily a husband/wife team
Requirements:
* Must have well-maintained & reliable tools and truck
* Our pay is net 30 - so the ideal candidate is a great business person and solid with managing their money
* The amount is inclusive of your labor, mobilization, materials and any desired rentals
* We require a workman's comp certificate of insurance
