The Needles Townhomes, near Purgatory ski resort, Is looking for a part-time summer help assistant with doing basic outdoor maintenance and repair projects on our property. Ideal candidate would be someone experienced in carpentry, (repairs and painting), and landscaping. The perfect candidate would be a retired carpenter or handyman, looking for some side work. We are willing to train the right candidate if the fit is good. This is a part-time position with hours ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week, dependent on weather and project, lasting 8-12 weeks. Hourly pay commensurate to experience.
