We are seeking a detail-oriented, career-minded individual to take ownership of our irrigation service division.
Unlike many seasonal roles in our industry, this is a year-round position with a stable salary. You’ll spend the peak seasons performing high-level commercial service work and enjoy shorter hours during the winter months while assisting with our snow removal operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Spring & Summer: Lead commercial and residential sprinkler startups, diagnostic troubleshooting, and system efficiency upgrades.
Fall: Manage high-volume blowout schedules and winterization.
Winter: Transition to shorter operational hours with on-call snow removal duties.
Client Relations: Act as a professional advisor to our commercial clients, ensuring their landscapes are healthy and water-efficient.
Requirements
Experience: 3–5 years of dedicated commercial irrigation/sprinkler experience is required.
Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of commercial controllers, master valves, and large-scale system hydraulics.
Startup/Blowout Expert: Proven track record of managing efficient seasonal transitions.
Professionalism: You take pride in your work, maintain a clean job site, and communicate clearly with the team.
Credentials: Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
