Includes Chair, full base with tilting shampoo bowl and plumbing up to the wall.
PLEASE NOTE The back of the chair that bolts into the under bottom of the seat is partially broke BUT it still works fine.
The chair that usually slides 6 inches can only slide 3 inches.
You will NEED TO HAVE available plumbing in the wall or in the floor for this to hook up to. AND the unit bolts into the floor.
