At Savvy Highlands, we raise steers 100% grass-fed and finished. Currently, I have one steer left, completely processed and packaged.
I charge $8 per pound hanging weight for whole, half, and quarter steers. This steer weighed 600 pounds, whole, hanging. I will list the price breakdown below for bundles. To offset the processing cost of $900.00, there will also be an additional charge of $225.00 per quarter purchased. All steaks were cut thick at 1 1/4 inches to provide the best results for this premium beef.

1/4 beef: $1,200.00 plus added processing cost of $225.00
Total for 1/4 beef: $1,425.00
1/2 beef: $2,400.00 plus processing cost of $450.00
Total cost for 1/2 beef: $2,850.00
Whole beef: $4,800.00 plus processing cost of $900.00
Total cost for whole beef: $5,700.00
