Hims is a 8 year old grade blue roan gelding. Stands at 16 hands and stout! Hims has been in training on the ranch for 4 months, he came with a good foundation and correct handle. He’s been learning work ethic, cow work, and how to navigate the lava rocks and rough country in western Colorado. He rides off alone, will work all day, easy to catch and be around. He’s been ridden by multiple riders of multiple levels but seems to prefer women. He’s big, and covers country. Best suited for an intermediate rider since he’s not quite finished, but still fun for an experienced rider to go get a job done on the ranch. He’s turning out to be a heck of a ranch horse but could definitely excel in any direction! Located in Whitewater, CO.
