Colonel is a 17 year old AQHA gelding. Stands at 14.2 hands. If you’re looking for a horse you or your kid can learn and grow with Colonel is your guy! This guy has literally done every aspect of ranch work you could think of, and yes that includes roping and dragging calves, doctoring cattle, sorting cows, and much much more! He’s a gentleman on the ground, and under saddle. Never has offered any bs even with time off. He’s been rode by complete beginner kids and is nothing but patient with them. Hes also been to his fair share of gymkanas, rode bible camps, and ranch rodeos! He’s sound, but will get sore when he gets ranched on hard, so he needs a home where he’s not gonna get rode into the ground. He has not been getting any maintenance. Located in Delta, CO.
