2. The Schedule
Public Safety Building:
Every Saturday & Sunday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (8 labor hours per shift, with one unpaid 30-min break).
Senior Recreation Center:
Every Sunday only, 2 labor hours. You can schedule this before, during, or after the Police Building shift — your choice.
3. Performance Requirements
Every Visit:
Sweep/dust mop and wet mop all hard floors
Vacuum all carpeted areas (backpack vacuum)
Full trash collection from public/common areas and all 55-gallon collection barrels; reline receptacles
Clean all interior glass, entryways, and service windows
Fully sanitize restrooms (toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, floors) and restock soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
Wipe down tables and counters in public areas
Report any maintenance issues to Facilities staff (whiteboard, email, or phone)
Time-Sensitive Tasks (Police Building):
5:30 PM sharp: Clean the main entry foyer and all interior/exterior glass before the 6:00 PM door lockdown
After 6:00 PM: Records area can only be cleaned after this time
6:00–8:00 PM window: 911 Dispatch cleaning
