FCFS! Leather / Vinyl Sleeper sofa free to the first person who shows up with a truck. This sofa is older, but in very good shape. Cushions are firm and comfortable. Sleeper mattress should probably be replaced as it has been folded up for several years. This would be a perfect addition to a game room or a man cave set up. it's a heavy piece of furniture that will need two strong guys to get it moved)
