This listing is for my outdoor deck furniture set that was bought new in 2020. It shows some signs of use, as there is a bit of circle ring from a coffee mug on the table and other light use that would be expected from a few years. That said, it is a very high quality, mostly built from single frame pieces, and originally paid $1000 at Sam's. I'd put the condition between good and excellent. All of the cushions, fabric and structure of the chairs and frames are in outstanding condition. It has been very well taken care of it, and should hold up to decades more of use for the next owner. I am only selling as I've decided to switch our color and layout of our outdoor space. Actual pictures shown, and the set includes the two single chairs with slight rock/recline on them, along with the two leg rests, and the double softa with a coffee table in front.
