Free. Very heavy duty, aluminum framed, deck mount umbrella. Former owner had on a raised deck hear in the valley. The frame is in perfect shape, just not the best deck accessory for the winds here. The fabric is toast, but as in the pictures, it looks to be super easy to replace as it unscrews at he top to fit on the main post and has pockets on the arms. No visible brand name on the frame. It has a locking clamp to raise and crank that probably is for tilt. The base has a four bolt hole pattern for attachment. Likely a 9' diameter when opened-just not something possible to do on the ground,
