La Bottega Ristorante is looking for a Sous Chef who is passionate about their line of work. A dynamic, take control individual who is self motivated and has the ability to train and work well with an excellent culinary team. A strong knowledge of Italian cuisine is preferable with the ability to create new dishes while maintaining consistency with established recipes. Contact Chef Steve in person preferably or by email.
