Sous Chef Needed:
Independently owned an operated restaurant looking for highly motivated passionate chef. We are a from scratch kitchen making most everything from the ground up. We need a leader not afraid to get their hands dirty but also help in raising the bar. Primary reasonability’s will be supervising a new food trailer parked about a block from the main restaurant.
1. Must have at least 6-10 years of cooking experience
2. Culinary degree a plus
3. 1-2 years of sous experience a plus
4. Experience managing 4-6 people at a time
5. Ability to cook a wide number of things at the same time all from scratch
6. Clean and well organized
We will train the right person who may not fill all of the requirements. But this is not an entry level position serious applicants will only be considered
