Responsibilities

Requirements
Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting.
Strong background in customer service, guest relations, and hospitality management principles.
Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
Familiarity with night audit procedures, multi-line phone systems, and front desk technology.
