We purchased this in the summer, used it lightly, then it started to experience a Drum Unit error. Specifically, the error message reads: "Drum ! Slide the Green tab on Drum Unit." We have tried troubleshooting and fixing the error to no avail, and have ordered another printer instead.

It's our hope that you're able to resolve this error and get this otherwise new machine back in order!
