🧹 Scope of Work (Summary)
General office cleaning
Restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors)
Trash collection and removal
Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping
Breakroom / common area cleaning
📍 Location
FAA Craig Work Center – Craig, CO
📆 Schedule
2 days per week: Tuesdays and Thursdays
After-hours / non-business hours (exact time window to be coordinated)
Work is year-round with potential multi-year renewal
💰 Compensation
Flat monthly subcontract amount for labor only
Facility/government will provide restroom consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, liners, etc.)
You provide labor and standard janitorial equipment (vacuum, mops, cloths, etc.)
✅ Requirements
Located in or able to reliably service Craig, CO
Experience with commercial janitorial cleaning (government or office preferred)
Ability for staff to pass a background check and present REAL ID if required
General Liability Insurance (or willing to obtain before start)
Able to follow a detailed federal Statement of Work (SOW) and complete all required checklists
Professional, reliable, and consistent

This work is part of a federal janitorial contract where our company is the prime contractor
You will perform 100% of the onsite cleaning as our subcontractor
We will provide the SOW, subcontract agreement, and schedule to the selected company
