Carpentry OR Web Work wanted (Durango)

My name is Greg -- Gregory Klein. I’ve just moved to Durango. What an amazingly beautiful place! (I’d only passed through once before.)
I’ve got two skill sets that I’d like to make available (and I’m a bit of a perfectionist who does quality work in both areas) -- web skills and carpentry skills.
1. Website Design/Development (WordPress) or Content Management, along with basic GeoApp and Story Map Creation and pretty much anything else on a computer (but I’m not a programmer).
2. Carpentry, Building, Remodeling, Handyman Work, Home Repair and Landscaping.
There's a big constraint on the carpentry work though... I’ve just arrived in town after living a country song... lost the girlfriend, the home (her’s), the truck (transmission) and, yes, even the dog (had to remain with the home, and so with her). So, I’m in town without a truck or my tools (which are in Texas). So...
For carpentry work, I can show-up at your house or job site (via bus) and work using your tools. You’d need to pick-up material and supplies. For this reason, I’m willing to work for $30/hr (half my normal rate).
As for online work, I’ve got my computer. I can work at the library, coffee shops or, if you require, in your office/place. AI has taken much of this work from me lately. So, here again, I’m willing to work for $30/hr.
I can provide quality professional, customer and character references in both job areas.
Wow, those seem to be quite divergent skill sets, you might say! Well, let me explain...
I’m open to both right now, while working on a writing and other creative project. So, I’m looking for anything taking from a few hours to a few weeks (and anything in between), to help fund these endeavors and to support my very simple lifestyle.
