Stranded & Scammed by Warranty Company – Need a Mechanic, Legal assist

My truck is currently broken down with a blown rear differential. It is supposed to be covered under a Performance Z warranty. However, the shop is telling me they can’t even look at the truck for another two months. In a totally "unrelated" coincidence, two months from now is exactly when my warranty expires. They are clearly trying to run out the clock to avoid fixing their own shoddy work.
I’m currently stranded and looking for help handling this nightmare. Here is what I am hoping to find through this post:
A Reliable Mechanic/Mechanic Savvy Person: Someone who can help me look at the rear diff or advise on getting this truck back on the road without breaking the bank.
A Trade: I am open to trading this truck as-is for a vehicle that actually runs and drives reliably.
Legal Advice/Representation: If you are a lawyer or have experience dealing with predatory warranty companies, I would love to know how to handle this legally before my coverage expires.
If you have a running vehicle to trade, mechanic skills, or know how I can force this shop to honor their warranty, please reach out. I appreciate any help or guidance the community can offer right now.
