Here's what Salsa has to say about this frameset:
“Warbird is Salsa's gravel race bike, built off years of experience racing in some of the nation’s premier gravel events. It's designed to survive and thrive on anything from the often-hazardous B-roads that make up much of the Midwest gravel scene to the fire roads that climb to the heavens on the coasts.”
(You'd think they'd have something to say about gravel roads of the Rocky Mountains.)
524.8 miles on frame. Maybe a mile of that off pavement. The frame is immaculate, barely ridden, never crashed, never even fell over. I can't find a nick on it.
Includes frame, fork, headset, Thomson stem (100mm), seat collar (Salsa), through axles, Shimano BB86 bottom bracket (installed), seat post (Salsa Guide, 27.2mm), and front and rear flat mount brake caliper bolts.
The rear brake line and front and rear derailleur housings have been left in place to reuse or to at least help with line and cable routing.
I have many other parts that came off of this bike so if you’re looking for something to complete your build, let me know.
