What did I do with it?
Well besides making money I washed everything from yards full of semi trucks and trailers, commercial properties, warehouses, insides of carwashes, parking garages, to grandma Judy's driveway and house. I’ve had great success knocking on doors, contacting property managers or just word of mouth. It is a business that has low overhead I.E. no brick and mortar location, cheap insurance, and your consumables are gas, soap, water and repairs.
