$1,200 Quiet Responsible Tenant Seeking Long-Term Rental (Grand Junction)

I'm a quiet, clean, single F in my late 50s looking for a small long-term rental in Grand Junction or the surrounding areas.
I recently returned to the area and am hoping to find a peaceful place where I can settle long-term. I'm currently staying with family in Palisade while I continue my search and am open to anywhere in the valley. I have excellent rental references, a stable income, and take great pride in keeping my home clean, quiet, and well cared for.
I enjoy hiking, spending time outdoors, and living a healthy, low-key lifestyle. My two senior dogs (one is blind) and my senior indoor cat are calm, well cared for, and an important part of my daily life. My dogs spend most of their time hiking trails with me or relaxing quietly at home.
I'm open to a variety of rental types and would especially love a small house, ADU, guest house, cabin, or similar private setting. A small yard or outdoor space would be a bonus.
I have an active Housing Choice Voucher already in place and approved for rentals in the approximate range of $1,130–$1,223 depending on location and utilities.
I'm hoping to find something available soon but can be somewhat flexible for the right place.
